Why are your dumplings so special?

Our dumplings are 100% hand-made to order with fresh ingredients, following the Cheng family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.

Not only do they taste better than the mass-produced frozen dumplings you’ll find at the grocery store, but they’re full of more delicious goodness too, with about 50% more filling!

Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is one set (12 dumplings).

How do I pay for my dumplings?

You can pay for your order via credit/debit card or PayPal account on this website (after adding the dumplings you want to your cart and checking out), or by Venmo’ing your order to @jess_cheng (be sure and state in the text field what you are ordering!).

You may also pay in cash upon pick-up/deliveryjust send in your order via the Contact page.

How do I get my dumplings after I order them?

You have two options: local pick-up (Oak Lawn, 75219 ZIP code), or delivery within 25-mile radius. (Please note that the delivery option is only available for orders of $50 or more.)

How long will it take to make my order?

Depending on the size of your order and the position in the queue, it can take up to a few days to create your order and have it ready for delivery or pick-up. If you need your order rushed, or have a question regarding delivery times, please be sure to contact us before you place your order.

Do you deliver outside of the DFW area?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship deliveries outside of the local DFW area because of costs are prohibitive (due to the cost of dry ice and compatible packaging).

How are the dumplings packaged?

All orders are delivered frozen, separated into different batches for each type of dumpling you order. They should be quickly placed into the freezer after receipt.

How long will my dumplings keep in the freezer?

For optimal freshness, you can keep your dumplings in the freezer for up to three months.
