Cheng’s Dumplings strives to provide a quick way to prepare a Taiwanese home-cooked meal whenever you want. The dumplings are made with fresh ingredients with no preservatives, from the filling to the hand-rolled dumpling skin dough. They are then frozen so that you can prepare them in the comfort of your home whenever you want.
Cheng’s Dumplings is the inspiration of Jessica Cheng. A native of Dallas, Jessica recalls her mother ordering handmade dumplings from the local Taiwanese ‘aunties’ (aka other Taiwanese ladies in the community). It was always a treat to have these dumpling because they had the traditional and comforting flavors that made her feel like she was at her grandmother’s house in Taiwan. She grew to love and appreciate how food was able to keep a community so tight-knit despite being away from their homeland.
Jessica has been dreaming of ways to share her passion for Taiwanese cuisine, and Cheng’s Dumplings is the start of her journey. Jessica has been perfecting her recipes for the fillings and the dumpling skins over the past three years, using the best quality ingredients, and she is now ready to share her beloved dumplings with you!
